Return

If you do not like the color, size or product, you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. Buyer bears the direct shipping costs of returning the goods.

You can also contact us if you have found a mistake on the product. If it can be repaired we will fix it and if that is not possible we will replace it. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

SERVICE

Clothes from Angora are only hand washed at 35-40 degrees. Dissolve approx. 5 grams of suitable washing powder / shampoo (without keratin and hair volume) in the water.

Put of the angora product into the water and leave for approx. 15 minutes.
Remove from the water and wring out a little. Rinse in clear water 35-40 degrees and again slightly wring gently.

Place on a towel (non-staining)

leave for about 5 hours. If it is slightly dry, you can hang it outside.
How long it dries, depends on to the weather.
The stuff from Angora should not be ironed.
